7 days from delivery, on all products. Unopened and unused items: full refund. Refunds are issued once the parcel reaches our office in Bareilly.
Electronics — PCB, choke, timer, thermostat
Unopened within 7 days: full refund. Opened: 7-day replacement if the part is dead on arrival — replacement, not refund. Not returnable once installed.
Before you order, send us your model number and the fault symptoms — we will confirm the part is right for your problem.
Return shipping
We pay if we sent the wrong part. We pay if you verified the part with us before ordering and it still did not fit. You pay if you ordered without verifying, or without sending us the sample piece.
Refunds
We always refund. Money that is not ours is not ours to keep. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the parcel is received at our office.
