Where we ship
We ship within India only.

Shipping charges
- Prepaid orders: flat ₹80 per order.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: flat ₹150 per order.

Dispatch
Most spare parts are sourced for your specific order. We dispatch once your part is confirmed to match your appliance and is packed. Orders ship from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, through our courier partners.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier.

Refused or undelivered parcels
If a parcel is refused at the door or cannot be delivered, it returns to us. For prepaid orders, the refund is issued after the parcel reaches our office, as per our Refund Policy.
